How construction surveys work on your project
We establish site control first, so every peg, level and as-built ties back to the same reference. From there we set out the works, check levels as each layer goes in, measure quantities for your claims and record the as-built for handover. If your plant runs on Trimble machine control, we set up and calibrate the grade control so the machines and the survey agree.

How quickly can you set out on an active site?
It depends on the site and the scope. Share your programme when you request a quote and we'll confirm what we can commit to before the work starts.
What accuracy can we expect on control and layout work?
We work to the tolerances in your specification. We establish control first and check every measurement twice before it leaves our office, so setting-out and levels tie back to the same reference.
Can you support Trimble machine control?
Yes. We set up and calibrate Trimble grade control on graders, excavators and dozers, so the machines and the survey agree.
What deliverables do you provide?
Survey data and reports in the formats your team works with, such as CAD drawings, coordinate files and volume reports. Tell us what your engineers use and we'll deliver to suit.
Can you handle monthly claim measurements?
